What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to look and feel their best as we celebrate together! Please wear semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dress pants with a nice shirt. We kindly ask that you avoid sneakers, jeans, or shorts for this special occasion. Come dressed to celebrate — we can’t wait to see you all looking fabulous!

When Should We Arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time. We will be starting promptly at 4:00 PM, and the ceremony will be closed 3:59 pm — late arrivals may be asked to wait until after the ceremony to be seated. Thank you for helping us create a smooth and special start to our day — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Yes! Our theme is “Shades of Melanin” — celebrating beauty in every tone, with an elegant and timeless feel. We encourage you to embrace rich, warm hues and classic styles as we come together for this special day. We can’t wait to see how you bring this beautiful vision to life!

Yes! We’d love for you to share your photos and memories with us using our wedding hashtag: #ToHaveAndToHewitt. Be sure to tag your moments so we can relive the day through your eyes!

Are Cameras or Phones Allowed During the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using cameras, phones, or any recording devices during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us in this special moment. Don’t worry — we’ve arranged for professional photographers to capture it all! After the ceremony, you’re welcome to take as many photos and videos as you’d like to help us celebrate. We can’t wait to see the day through your eyes — and don’t forget to use our hashtag #ToHaveAndToHewitt when you share!
