Sam and Jess met in junior high school. Sam was the new kid having just arrived from Arizona. Polar opposites; Sam being the beautiful, tall, blonde, super-friendly social butterfly and Jess being the petite, raven-haired introvert staying as far away from the limelight as possible. Jess was instantly drawn to Sam's dynamic personality. Sam is loving, smart, creative, athletic, an independent thinker and can do ANYTHING she sets her mind to. They quickly became best friends, navigating through their teenage years, driver's licenses, boyfriends, heartaches, college, careers, Sam's wedding and now Jessica's!!! Jessica can't imagine her life without Sam by her side.
Ben Giammona

Ben & Kyle have known each other since elementary school. After high school, they worked together in the restaurant industry and became close friends. They spent most of their time together, eventually becoming roommates for a number of years. Ben, often putting others before himself, has proven to be a loyal friend through some very difficult times in Kyle's life. Ben is an animal lover and has an amazing green thumb. Kyle looks forward to their annual trip to Arizona for spring training and is grateful to have Ben as a lifelong friend!

Shelby and Jess met while taking child development classes at the local junior college. Having so much in common they formed a special bond and friendship. Years later, as luck would have it, Shelby and Jessica's brother Justin bumped into each other at a New Year's Eve party. Shelby is now not only Jessica's close friend, but also her sister-in-law. Shelby's deep loyalty and genuine nature make her the type of friend everyone wishes they had. Jessica cherishes their daily morning phone calls, sharing fashion do's and don'ts, and belly laughing at Shelby's quick-witted timely humor! Jessica looks forward to sharing with Shelby a lifetime of family vacations, raising babies and all of the anti-aging tips and tricks they can get their hands on.

Nick is Kyle's older brother and has been jealous of Kyle since day one (because Kyle's the favorite). That being said, Kyle has really looked up to Nick for as long as he can remember. From trying to keep up with him in sports, to his work ethic, to watching him become a husband and father. Kyle enjoys getting to work side by side with Nick and loves being able to not only call him his brother, but his friend too!
Patty Bruce

Patty and Jessica have had a very unique and special bond from the start! Patty was a brand new mom of a two-week-old baby boy when she asked Jess to be her nanny. Jessica, who LOVES kids and was studying child development at the time gladly accepted. These two became a team, full of trust, respect and a whole lot of love! Little did Jessica know that at 20 years of age her heart could grow so big! Today, Jessica is an extension to this family. Patty is a rock star! She has been a wonderful example of what it is to be a strong and beautiful woman, a hip mom and a supportive wife. This woman is well-versed. She's a leader in her professional life and the first person you want with you on any adventure. Jessica is forever grateful that the universe connected her with Patty when it did.
Chris Thompson

Chris is Kyle's younger brother and has been jealous of Kyle since day one (because Kyle's the favorite). Chris is loud, goofy and always down for a good time! He's uncommonly talented at the most random of things, but Kyle will always be the better bowler. Chris's luck never seems to run out, unless he's walking home in the dark and confronted by not only one, but two bears eating trash. Chris is the best baby brother and Kyle is thankful for him every day.
Leslie Nikula

Leslie and Jess met at a CrossFit gym. The two became fast friends after discovering they had just as much in common outside of the gym as they do inside. Leslie can lift some pretty heavy weight and Jess is always looking for a partner to squat with! Les is a master chef and host to all the best parties. She never passes up a moment to take a shot or snap a selfie. Leslie's home has become a second home to Jess; she even has her own key! Some relationships soothe your soul, allow you to let your guard down, remind you not to take life so seriously, and Jess definitely has that with Les!
Justin Furia

Justin and Kyle became reacquainted while in a bowling league. Justin, being Jessica's younger brother, was the reason Kyle had an excuse to walk over and talk to her for the first time. Justin is a stand-up dude. He has a positive attitude, always sees the good in others and is really fun to challenge in sporting events. He can recite lines from all the funny movies and has the best closet to raid when needing to look extra dapper. Kyle couldn't have asked for a better brother-in-law and is excited to have Justin as part of the family!
Taylor Lionett

Taylor and Jess are currently roommates - for the third time! Not knowing a thing about the other before sharing their personal space, the girls quickly realized they would be in each other's lives forever. Taylor is a free spirit. She has a passion and natural talent for dancing as well as a love and curiosity for travel that will take her anywhere. Even though she is 8 years younger than Jess, Taylor has been a teacher and a daily reminder to have self-love, get outside, always be kind and recharge with a juice cleanse whenever necessary! We all need a lot more Taylor's in this world!
Matt Jewett

Matt & Kyle are cousins who grew up so close they are more like brothers. Matt is the calm and collected guy of the group, but get a few drinks in him and he becomes the life of the party! He's great with numbers and has a creative edge, which led him to web design. To commemorate their annual golf trip to Tahoe, Matt created an interactive website documenting the "hole" experience so loved ones at home could follow along. Kyle is waiting for the day Matt loses the bet and has to jump in the lake.
Kelcie Reynolds

Kelcie is like the little sister Jessica never had. Both are athletic and competitive in nature, which is how they first met. Kelcie was new to Sonoma County and wanted to give CrossFit a try. Jess was on the pull-up bar when Kelcie was getting the gym tour. Kelcie pointed at Jess and said "I want arms like her!" It was love at first sight and the rest is history. Kelcie is such a loyal person and friend. She is always there in times of need with flowers, a stuffed animal or a beautiful card. Her physical strength is impressive but her inner strength is so powerful. Kelcie holds true to her values and morals and has laser vision when she sets her mind to something. She loves so fiercely and Jess feels blessed to have Kelcie in her circle.
Dante Fountain

Dante and Kyle were introduced through Chris. Dante quickly became an extension of the Thompson family. They bonded over snowboarding trips to Tahoe in the winter and weekend getaways to the lake house at summertime. Dante has the personality of two with a heart that could fill an entire room! His laugh is so contagious and can be identified from a mile away. He's a passionate force and loyal friend, but don't piss him off while he's holding a 15 pound bowling ball in his hand! Kyle is stoked to have Dante be a part of this special milestone.
RanDee Johnson

RanDee and Jess met at 24-Hour Fitness. RanDee couldn't get through her workout without 20 people interrupting, while Jess's gym face kept most away. RanDee is the best at complimenting and asking a total stranger how their day is going! RanDee invited Jess to join in on leg day and the two became quite the duo. RanDee is one of a kind. She has a deep love for all animals and would foster any in need. She has an infectious smile, a genuine heart and desire to serve others. Although RanDee and Jess no longer go to the same gym, when the two get together to catch up, it's like no time has passed at all!
Josh Robinson

Josh and Kyle became friends in high school. They played baseball together until Kyle got kicked off the team for bad grades. Josh was one of the popular kids, but always remained the nice guy that he continues to be to this day! After high school, they began working in restaurants. Off time was spent hosting memorable house parties where Josh always seemed to keep things interesting. Even though Josh and Kyle live in different states today, the love of baseball reunites them once a year for spring training. Kyle is proud of the man and father Josh has become and feels blessed to have him as a friend.
Amanda Linnett

Amanda and Jess began their friendship as "a friend of a friend." Summers are always sports-related in their group and Amanda was/is the greatest cheerleader! Amanda and Jess became roommates and their relationship grew while watching The Bachelor, teaching/learning about the best bargain shopping tips and having more heart-to-hearts than anyone could keep track of . They have shared some really special moments in life together, including when Kyle got down on one knee and proposed to Jess. Amanda is someone you want in your corner. She's a baking queen and has the voice of an angel. She can outsmart anyone in debate and has the ability to feel stronger than most. Jess thinks Amanda's spirit animal is a unicorn!
Leo Leon

Leo joined the Thompson Construction crew several years back and fits right in! He's a hard worker with zero complaints when asked to do something. There's never a dull moment when Leo is around. He's always asking "where the beats at" if no music is playing. This dude knows EVERYONE in Sonoma County and loves his Niners! Many thanks to Leo for pushing Kyle outside his comfort zone to FINALLY talk to Jess. Kyle is grateful for his working relationship with Leo and knows Leo will always have his back on and off the job site!
Violet Meyer

Violet is Jessica's eldest niece. Jess was 16 when she received the news that Violet was on her way - a day she'll never forget! Jessica and Violet's mom Katie were roommates when Violet was young, so Jess liked to play "mom" whenever possible. Violet is now 13, fluent in Spanish and taller than Jess. She is beautiful, smart, confident, a great sister, a good friend and likes to cook! Becoming an aunt had a great impact on Jessica. Luckily, for Jess and Kyle, Violet will be at the perfect age to babysit when their kids come along!
