Timings of the day Arrive at the Villa: 4.15pm/4.30pm Apertif on white terrace: 4.30pm - 6.00pm Gala Dinner on red terrace, speeches and cut of the cake: from 6.00pm - 8.00/8.30pm Music and Dance on red terrace: from approx 8.30pm to 11.30pm Relax and drinks: 11.30pm- 12.00am

Transport

Please have 10 euros each for the mini bus from the Cloisters to the Villa. There is no transport provided at the end of the evening, please arrange taxis back to your hotels.
