These are some of our favorite places in Marin.

Muir Woods is one of our favorite place to visit with out of town guests.  We recommend reserving a seat on the bus well in advance, or you can make a parking reservation.

Muir Woods National Monument

If the beach is your thing, head to Muir Beach. Winston & Rosie agree that you'll have a great time!

Rodeo Beach is another great option for a nearby beach, and can be easily paired with a visit to the Marine Mammal Center.

Visit the world’s largest marine mammal hospital to see animal care experts providing life-saving care to patients so they can be released back to the wild. Tickets are free but must be booked online in advance.

If you want to go shopping, this outdoor mall is the place to go.

More shopping, more food.  A few of our favorite casual restaurants are here, including Blue Barn, Pig in a Pickle, and Fieldwork Brewing Co.
