Wait, I thought you were already married... isn't this a wedding website?

Haha, yes. In fact, we will officially hit the quarter century milestone on June 10, 2025 and are hosting a weekend of parties to celebrate! Turns out wedding websites handle event RSVPs and communication with guests really well and neither of us wanted to set up an entire website from scratch, so for anniversary party planning purposes we'll just go with it.

Two parties? Should I plan to come to both the anniversary party on Saturday and the pool party on Sunday?

We'll have a number of guests from out of town, and some of them are traveling with kids. The casual BBQ & pool party on Sunday will allow us to spend more time with those who traveled from afar, and have some fun with their kiddos as well. If you're only able to join us for the big event on Saturday, that's totally fine, but we'd love to see you at both.

The anniversary party on Saturday is an adults only affair. Please bring the kids to the BBQ/pool party on Sunday! No need to RSVP for kids on Sunday - we'll be expecting them!

What should I bring?

Just yourself and your dancing shoes (Saturday) or swimsuit + beach towel (Sunday)! No gifts, please. Seriously. None.

Suggested Attire for Saturday: Palm Springs Chic! Think a touch of retro glamour meets resort elegance with bold and bright colors, playful prints and lots of fun! Suggested Attire for Sunday: Resort Casual. Be comfortable, but make it fun! Don't forget your swimsuit, the pool will be open!

There's plenty of street parking in the neighborhood near our house. Please avoid blocking driveways.

June in San Rafael is typically mild with temperatures reaching the mid-70s during the day and cooling slightly in the evening with light breezes. You may want a light sweater or jacket for Saturday evening, as the festivities will be outdoors.
