Where is the wedding taking place?

Our ceremony and reception is taking place at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club located in Kelowna, BC!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony begins at promptly 4:00pm, please arrive at 3:30pm so you are able to have a drink and mingle before finding your seat.

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
We know it isn't traditional, its not the way its done... but instead of pots and pans, we'd like a little fun! So if you would like to give a gift to help us celebrate... some help towards our next adventure, we would appreciate! The choice is really up to you and we would like to say... that the biggest gift we could receive is you here on our special day!

How do I RSVP?

Please use the RSVP button at the top of the page to RSVP to our ceremony and reception.

Do I get an automatic plus one?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside in a garden setting. Come join us on the green! The reception will be held in the banquet hall of the clubhouse.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
The dress code is upscale casual. Please be comfortable wearing golf shorts and polos or a simple dress!

Where can I park?
Answer
Sunset Ranch has lots of free parking available on site!

Will food be served?
Answer
Yes! We will be serving a delicious dinner prepared by the staff at Sunset Ranch.

What's the bar situation?
Answer
There will be a cash bar available for alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Sadly, no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises for both the ceremony and reception.
