Transportation to Hyla Brook Estate

November 14, 2025 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

There will be a shuttle bus that will pick guests up at 2:00 at the Tuscan Hotel and 2:15 at the Holiday Inn. Be sure to be in the lobby 5 mins before to catch the shuttle. If you miss the bus but still want to party, the venue allows cars to be left over night! There will be transportation back to the hotels at 9pm when the reception concludes!

Rooms for this hotel must be booked by Friday, September 26th to receive the room discount. This is where most of the wedding party and our families will be staying! We will also be having welcome drinks to kick off wedding weekend Thursday night! By using our link above, you will automatically receive the discounted rates for king and queen rooms. Please keep in mind our ceremony will be starting around 3:00pm which is the same time as check-in. To request an early check-in, you will need to add a special request to your booking-- unfortunately, this is not guaranteed.
