When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2025 so we can finalize our headcount for our special day!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at The Artisan Hotel and the Holiday Inn with a special rate. Visit the Travel page on our website for details.

Can I bring a guest?

We’ve thoughtfully planned our guest list and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of children who are in the wedding party. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or formal jumpsuits, while gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or tuxedo. Please avoid wearing white or similar shades.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:30 PM to get seated—our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Shuttles will be provided from the hotel to the venue—more info coming soon!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be at one location- The Hyla Brook Estate. There is plenty of parking on the property.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please include that in your RSVP on our website.

What’s the weather like in November in Derry, NH?

Answer

Expect cool fall weather—temps can range from the low 40s to mid-50s. Bring a jacket or wrap, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting, of course.)

The ceremony/cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors.
