Zach grew up just outside of Detroit, MI. He is the middle of 3 children. After high school he attended the University of Michigan where he majored in German. Zach even studied abroad in a quaint little town called Schwabish Hall just outside of Stutgart Germany for a summer semester. During college he entered a Co-op with Bosch Anderson and in 2019 moved from Michigan to Greenville, SC for a job at Bosch Anderson. Toby was born in Texas and moved to South Carolina with his family when he was almost 5. He is the oldest of 5 children. Upon completion of high school he joined the South Carolina Army National Guard. Toby earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from Tri-County Technical College before going back to Clemson University to earn his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Toby moved to Greenville in 2019 as well. Zach and Toby lived in the same apartment complex for a year without ever meeting the other. In 2020, through mutual friends they finally met. As time went on their friendship continued to grow into a dating relationship. During their time together they would take trips to Michigan where Zach would show Toby around all the places and people that were special to him. One place included the Shinola Hotel. A staple in the Detroit Michigan area. It would be in the Living room of this hotel on February 4, 2024 that they became engaged. The photo below was taken that same night. Our story continues to grow and we are very excited to celebrate with you very soon to add to our memories of our life together.
