Question

Is there going to be a hotel block booked for out-of-town guests?

Answer

No, we are not going to book a hotel block. If you would like to stay overnight, we provide recommendations for where to start looking in our "Places to Stay" tab! For those who are within a comfortable driving distance (2-3 hours away), another possible option is to drive up and back in the same day, since the wedding starts at 11 and ends at 4.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress will be semi-formal. Mid-calf and floor length dresses or skirts are encouraged. For guys, suits or dress shirts with nice pants would work well.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 11:00 am, so try to aim to arrive around 10:30-10:45.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The wedding and reception will both be at the church, and there is a spacious parking lot that should accommodate everyone.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes - no need to drive in between places. Everything will be at the same location, from start to finish.

Will there be a full meal provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a full meal during the reception. Light appetizers will be served immediately after the ceremony, around noon. The meal will start around 1:30 pm.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

We are going to be serving a buffet-style meal, so there will be quite a few options available, which will hopefully accommodate dietary needs.
