What is the Dress Code?

We’d love to see everyone dressed up for the occasion! Theme: Garden Party Dress Code: Formal Attire Our theme leans toward a garden-party feel, so light, summery shades are encouraged—pastels, soft colors, and florals all complement the setting beautifully. Black or dark-toned suits are absolutely appropriate. Our bridesmaids will be in shades of green and green florals, so feel free to coordinate if you’d like!

Are the Ceremony & Reception in the same place?
Answer
No. The Ceremony will be held at Saint Martha Catholic Parish (Inside), and the Reception will take place at the Terra Venue about 8 minutes away (Outside).

What time Should I Arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at 1:30pm—anyone who is not in a seat by then will not be allowed in the parish, so PLEASE plan accordingly.

Is there Parking Onsite?
Answer
Yes. There is plenty of free parking at both the locations of the church and at the reception.

Can I take Photos and Videos during the Ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take photos with you during our reception.

What should we do during the hour between the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Answer
The ceremony will conclude around 3:00 pm, and cocktail hour will begin at 4:00 pm at Terra venue. During this time, the bride and groom will be taking photos and regrouping before the celebration continues. Guests are welcome to use this hour to freshen up or make their way to the reception site. Drinks and small appetizers will be served at the start of cocktail hour at 4:00 pm, and we can’t wait to see everyone there to celebrate!

Can I bring a Plus One?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want everyone to share in the celebration, and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out! Thank you for understanding!

Is there an Open Bar?

YES! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you :) There should be a wide selection of options for you to choose from. Please enjoy the night with us, and we will see you on the dance floor!

Are Children Allowed?
Answer
If your children are listed under your name on the RSVP, then Yes! We both have growing families, but please keep in mind there will be loud music and drinking adults throughout the evening.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We would like everyone to RSVP no later than April 1st! If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide our vendors and venue with an exact number and cannot accommodate late RSVPs.
Question
Should I bring a gift?
Answer
Toben and Mia believe your presence on their big day is more than enough. Although if you'd like to leave a gift, they have both a future fund and a honeymoon fund under "Registry" if you feel inclined to give.
