We met at his roommate's birthday party. Then flirty banter began and never stopped! Paul DM'd Natalie on Instagram that night saying "it was nice to meet you" and it did not take long to meet up for brunch. Our official first date was at Universal Studios City walk, which has now become our go-to date night. Anyways, on the way home, Natalie's best friend said "You are going to marry that guy." And she was right! Now here we are about to get hitched. (:
Picture this! During a family trip to Mexico City. We planned to celebrate Grandma Silvia's 80th birthday and at the same time Paul planned a proposal! Earlier in the day, we enjoyed the Pyramids of Teochlocian, ate lunch inside a cave, went on ATV rides, and visited Mexico's China town. Paul arranged for the family to meet up at the Palace of Belles Artes before dinner. When we arrived to the Palace of Belles Artes, a photographer gathered the whole family for pictures and then Grandma Silvia said a prayer. Paul turned to Natalie and said "Close your eyes and be respectful." As her eyes where closed everyone walked away, except Grandma Silvia. When she opened her eyes, Paul was on one knee and proposed! It was all a blur and surreal. Paul hired a violinist so we cherished the moment by dancing to For Ti Volare. So romantic. Then we all enjoyed a family dinner at an Italian restaurant with a lovely toast. It was something out of a movie! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. #toasttotrevino
