We wanted to thank everyone for making the trip out for our wedding! Accommodations therefore, have been taken care of for everyone. All we ask is that you come stay, hang out and relax with us for our wedding weekend! Check-in is at 4 pm on Saturday, August 24th. Check-out is at 10 am on Monday, August 26th. It is important to us to spend time with every one of you and we chose to rent this VRBO to allow us to do so. In addition to Saturday, we would also like to ask if you can spend Sunday night with us as well so that we may spend our time together after the wedding. We appreciate everyone traveling far to be with us for our special day! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check-Out Procedures CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10 A.M. E.S.T., SHARP. Please honor this time as we must prepare the cabin for incoming guests. We ask that the following is completed prior to check-out: o Empty all food from refrigerator. o Bag up your trash; leave in or beside the trash cans. o Wash and put away the dishes you have used. Leave them running in the dishwasher if necessary, but please turn the dishwasher ON. o If your cabin has a lock box, place your key BACK into the lock box. Our cleaners and maintenance men use the same keys to access the cabin. o Make sure the doors and windows are locked at your departure. o Set your thermostats no lower than 75 degrees in the summer and no higher than 65 degrees in the winter. The thermostat fan should stay in the "AUTO" position. o Do not clean hot ashes out of the fireplace or charcoal grill. o If you have any damages, please notify our office prior to departure. If you have the "accidental damage insurance", we can turn the claim in for reimbursement.
