What is the address?
Answer
Address to be posted after June 25th. Once we have the official address we will update the website for you to add to your calendar. The Chapel is nearby the VRBO and will be provided closer to the date of the wedding.

What do the accommodations look like?
Answer
Every couple will have their own private room with a queen size bed, attached bathroom and pull out couch. For larger families, we have dedicated the bunk bed rooms to accommodate the kids. All rooms in the VRBO have been assigned, on the day of you will be able to walk around and locate your nice cozy room and start unpacking :) Please plan on bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and soaps as well as any hair styling tools like hair dryers.

Can we get a pack & play?
Answer
For any kids who may need a pack and play to sleep in, there is a local rental company that we are in contact with which can provide them for us that weekend. If you would like to have one provided for you, in your room on arrival please let me know so we may reserve one for you!

What is provided by the VRBO?
Answer
The VRBO supplies a complimentary starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, kitchen and bathroom trash bags, hand soap for the bathroom, liquid dish detergent for the sink, and dish packets for the dishwasher (if applicable). After this starter set is used, we would need to purchase extras. They do not supply shampoos, lotions, hair dryers or laundry detergents.

Is there a pool?

There is a small swimming pool at the VRBO, and there is also a pool, steam room and sauna in the shared common areas of the resort.

Plans for Saturday?
Answer
Jonathan and Alexis will be getting into town on Friday, for those in the area we will make plans to do some local activities during the day on Saturday for anyone who is interested! Otherwise please meet us at the VRBO at 4pm to enjoy dinner together!

What's for Dinner Saturday?

Mark & Renee will be providing dinner for everyone Saturday night. With Gluten and Dairy Free accommodations.

Food for Sunday?
Answer
There will be light snacks and coffee provided for everyone Sunday morning to help hold everyone to Brunch. Brunch will be served around 11am and dinner will be provided as well Sunday night between 5-6pm.

Should I bring snacks?
Answer
We will be providing some light snacks outside of the provided meals and are anticipating we will have many leftovers. However, we are asking if you would still like to bring snacks, that they be something you can keep in your room. If you need to have snacks refrigerated we ask that you bring your own cooler. Exceptions to this would be any foods that need to be refrigerated for the babies/kids, have priority for fridge space.

Are the Check-out Procedures my responsibility?

100% It takes a village to raise a child and keep a 71 person house clean :) We ask that everyone helps do their share and chip in prior to leaving on Monday! We thank you in advance :)

Can I adjust the AC?
Answer
"If the a/c thermostat is set below 70 degrees during your stay, it could freeze the unit and it will not cool the cabin. Please do not set your air conditioning below 70 degrees."
