Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. We ask that guests arrive no later than 5:15 pm to be seated for the ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Ivory Meadows has complimentary parking for all of our guests. Overnight parking at the venue is permitted, but any cars left overnight must be retrieved by 10:00 am Sunday morning.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we do have a limited capacity from our venue. If a plus one has been extended to you, they will be listed on your invitation.

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love our friends and family to dress up with us! Formal Attire is requested. Women, a dressy cocktail, midi, or floor-length dress, elevated jumpsuit, or dressy separates. Men, a dark suit with tie or sport coat, button down shirt, tie, and dress slacks.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kiddos, however we have decided to have an adult only ceremony and reception (with the exception of the kids in the wedding). We encourage you to use this as a date night!

Is there transportation?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service running between the AC Hotel Dayton and Ivory Meadows from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Look for "Suite Rides" outside the hotel lobby upon arrival at the AC. Please arrive by 4:20 pm to ensure a timely departure and arrival at the venue. After dinner, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the AC Hotel at 8:50 and 9:50 PM. The final shuttle will be available exclusively for the wedding party and will depart the venue at 10:50 PM.

Are rideshare services available to and from the venue?

Answer

While a shuttle service is provided to the AC Hotel throughout the evening (see schedule above), rideshare services like Uber and Lyft may have limited availability, especially late at night. We strongly encourage guests to schedule their rides in advance to ensure a smooth departure from the venue.

Ceremony: 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm Cocktail Hour: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Dinner/Reception: 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm After-Party Downtown: 11:30 pm
