Masks are NOT mandatory. But we highly recommend it for those who are immunocompromised and/or not vaccinated. We will have masks and hand sanitizers available for our guests.
Please arrive and be seated by 3:15 pm as we plan on starting the ceremony promptly at 3:30 pm. A shuttle will pick up the guests from the hotel lobby.
The ceremony will take place outdoors at the golf course of the venue. The cocktail hour and reception will take place at the ballroom of the venue which is indoors.
- Ceremony from 3:30pm-4:00pm - Break from 4:00pm-5:00pm for the guests (and bride/groom) to change into traditional outfits, if desired. - Cocktail hour from 5:00pm-5:50pm - Reception Hall opens to the guests at 5:50pm - Be seated at the assigned seats by 6:00pm - Bride/groom and bridal party enter at 6:15pm
