Guests may begin arriving at 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask everyone to be seated before then.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you under the Hawaiian sun! Since we’ll be outdoors, please dress in semi-formal garden attire that keeps you cool. For the men, slacks and a nice button-up are perfect (no need for a suit or tie unless you’d like!). For the ladies, we recommend flowing dresses or tropical prints. We are drawing inspiration from the island’s colors and would love for you to join us in a palette of sunset hues—peaches, yellows, oranges—or earthy tones like sage, teal, and beige. We’re aiming for a light, harmonious look, so we recommend skipping the darker, heavier colors for the day.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.
We’ll be serving a thoughtfully curated menu featuring a mix of crowd favorites and island-inspired flavors. Guests can look forward to: -A variety of appetizers during cocktail hour -A buffet / plated dinner with multiple entrée options -Gluten-free options available -A delicious dessert selection to finish the night sweetly If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please email us at madelyn_bartolome@yahoo.com—we’re happy to accommodate!
We kindly request your RSVP by January 4th, 2026. This can be done on the RSVP tab of our website for each event.
Unfortunately, because of the size of our venue we have not given out plus ones. Those who are invited received an invitation.
Although we love your children, this will be an adult only occasion. If your child is invited, their names will be on the RSVP tab. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.
