Question

Am I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The church has plenty of room for everyone to attend and we are not collecting RSVPs for the ceremony. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Am I still invited to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! As of May 15th, 2021 Virginia is allowing 250 guests at outdoor gatherings, which is more than enough to host all of our guests -- we are very excited to be able to celebrate with everyone! If you do not feel comfortable attending we completely understand, and will hope to celebrate with you at a later date!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your children are welcome to come to the wedding ceremony at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Unfortunately due to space limitations, we are having an adults-only (17+) reception.

I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you require a dish that is vegan or allergy friendly please make a note in your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do I need to bring a mask?

Answer

Yes, we would recommend bringing a mask. While we're hopeful they will not be mandatory, there will still be times where they may be strongly encouraged or required such as on the shuttle or while going through the food line.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle for guests at the Hotel Madison that will make two trips (4:15pm and 4:40pm) from the hotel to the venue. If you booked in the block, you should have received an email from the hotel about whether you intend to use the shuttle and your preferred departure time. The shuttle will also make continuous trips back from the venue to the hotel until 11:30pm. There is not a shuttle to the church but the church is very close to the hotel and there is plenty of parking!
