The theme is floor length and fall colors. It may be chilly so leggings under a dress is completely acceptable. We want people to look nice, be comfortable and dance. The venue is mostly outside. Some areas are covered and some not. There will be heaters scattered about. Gentlemen, no need to break out your tux but dress to impress and help us make the day extra special.
We love your little ones but due to venue size we ask they stay at home. Thank you for understanding.
The venue lies about 30 minutes outside of the heart of Homer.
We don't want anyone to swell up, even though there will be plenty of nurses there. If you have any allergies of concern please reach out to Jake or Tisha promptly so we can plan accordingly.
The festivities begin at 3pm! Arriving at 2:30 should allow plenty of time to chat, find a seat and enjoy the view.
Please RSVP by June 1st 2026 so we can plan accordingly.
Alaska is a huge state with so much to offer! You will fly into Anchorage, where you can base out of. If mountains and wild animals are on your bucket list, check out driving to Denali National Park. From there you can see amazing small towns like Talkeetna. Once you start your drive south, make sure to swing by Girdwood for small mountain town vibes and great walks/hikes such as Virgin Falls (very easy and short), or Winner Creek Trail (flat but longer). The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is an amazing drive through sanctuary where you can see moose, wolves, bears and so much more up close and personal. Seward has lots to offer such as whale watching tours, glacier tours and the Alaska SeaLife Center. There is lots more to do and see, give yourself time and enjoy The Last Frontier.
Homer is a small fairly rural town. We do have a Safeway and a few small boutiques but they are better suited for grabbing a warm pair of socks or jacket. Your nearest Target is 4 hours away in Anchorage.
