If you have not visited Scotland before, recommend you look at the main Scotland Tourist website on https://www.visitscotland.com/ There is one for Aberdeen(shire) - a website run by the council - https://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/leisure-sport-and-culture/aberdeenshire-tourist-and-visitor-information/ and also: https://www.visitabdn.com/whats-on/ Things to be aware of, Aberdeen and Scotland has a strong accent compared to London and parts of the UK. (England is not the UK! The UK is Wales, Northern Ireland, England and Scotland). The strong regional accent also has some unique English words and is considered a Dialect, so may be considered fast and bordering on incomprehensible to those from overseas!
