Laguardia

Laguardia is generally the most convenient for domestic flights into the city. You can the Q70-SBS bus a short way to the R, F or M trains, or a car into midtown.

Newark Airport

Newark is the farthest of the three airports from the city, and would require you take a New Jersey Transit train to Penn Station into the city if you don't have a car. However, you can sometimes find the best deals in and out of this airport.

JFK Airport

JFK is a bit farther from the city than LGA, but you can get to the city completely by train and no bus by taking the Airtrain to the Long Island Railroad (Ronkonkoma stop toward Penn Station), to the 7 train, to the W train.
