Where are you registered?

Answer

Great question! :) We have our ONE AND ONLY Registry here on our Wedding Website! Look for the "Registry" page and you will find all the items we have listed! We also have several charities that we ask you to donate to as well! Gifts can either be purchased on the registry or brought to the wedding! Should you have any questions, please feel free to message our Coordinator Carrie Krinock!

When will I receive my formal wedding invitation?

Answer

If you have been formally invited to the wedding, you should have received a text message from the couple. Your DIGITAL R.S.V.P. is located HERE on the website, so no need to send anything physical back to us. You will provide response here online. Responses are due June 21st, 2021. If you do NOT receive a formal invitation in the mail or a message from the couple and think this may be in error, please reach out to our Coordinator Carrie Krinock to get this corrected. We do have a limited count that we are currently allowed, we may have had to make cuts, please reach out and we can confirm whether it was an error. Physical Invitations HAVE been sent out, if you do not see your invitation soon, please let us know.

What are the wedding COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

We are still taking COVID-19 very seriously. We want each and every single one of our guests to feel comfortable with and while attending our Big Day. As of June 21st, 2021, the venue is NO LONGER requiring masks / proof of vaccine or testing! BUT, that doesn't mean you have to NOT wear a mask, if you are more comfortable with a mask, please by all means wear one! We will still have sanitation stations available for everyone to help with general health and hygiene.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! With this much advance, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a babysitter!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the service?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. We recommend taking UBER / LYFT / ALTO / Taxis if you can. Getting Uber / Lyft / Alto / Taxis at the end of the night WILL BE DIFFICULT in Malibu Canyon, with our without Pandemic, so we recommend scheduling a ride at 11:30p.m. so that the driver will arrive on time.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, then we are unable to accommodate anyone other than yourself, you may check the day prior to see if we have anymore room available from last minute cancellations.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, feel free to let it hang a little loose.

What's the smoking policy?

Answer

Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the venue! Malibu Canyon is a high risk territory. Failing to comply to this may result in heavy fines to both yourself and the wedding couple. Please DO NOT smoke while on property.

How do I use the Wedding Hashtag? #TjandElianForever

Answer

We would ABSOLUTELY LOVE for you to use our Wedding Hashtag! Record videos of your invitations, Videos of your outfits, your travels to the big event, and more! We want to capture as much of what's leading up to and day of our Wedding, so please help us in this journey by tagging us and using the Wedding Hashtag on any and ALL social media platforms! :)

I have a nut allergy, will food contain nut products?

Answer

Yes, we will have some items such as the wedding cake which will contain nut products. We will do our best to circulate what has nut products inside of them. On the day of, you can speak with the staff or our Coordinator, Carrie Krinock to see if the food you're eyeing has nuts. Safety first!

Photosensitive Epilepsy Warning!

Answer

Our event may potentially trigger seizures for people with "photosensitive epilepsy". Your attendance discretion is advised is you are sensitive to lights, lasers, strobes, or low laying fog effects. These will be used during our performances, DJ / Dancing sets and for a large portion of the reception. Please let our coordinator know if you have any issues with these particular effects and we can attempt to address the concern for you.
