Born in England. Made in Mexico. Tim worked illegally in Mexico for 2 years, crossing the border to the USA only to escape back into Mexico as soon as his tourist visa was renewed. “Jungle” Tim likes dangerous bike rides, searching for lost frisbees, Sci-Fi audiobooks and any opportunity for a costume. Apple was lucky enough to hire him in 2012, and remarkably he is still there. He’s a baker, not a cook.

Born in Colombia. Made in California. Known to some as "La Chispa" and to others as the "Energizer Bunny," Eli is always busy, going from one thing to the next. When she is not, you will find her doing yoga or dancing in inappropriate places. She's been fighting for immigrant and workers' rights for 7 years and is now getting her Ph.D. in Sociology at UC Berkeley. She’s a cook, not a baker.

Best Man
Let's just say that Tim asked Sebas to be the Best Man before he asked Eli to marry him. They met when Tim mistook him for the coat checker. After that little uhm... hiccup... Sebas and Tim became inseparable, joining him in those difficult bike rides around California and Jamaica. Sebas is the king of the party and the volume of speakers magically turn to MAX when Sebas is around.

Eli met Lina and Dani at a party at the Housing Cooperative that she lived in while at UCLA back in 2008. It was love at first sight. It was through Dani and Lina that Eli was able to reconnect with her Latin roots. Being with them is the closest she's ever felt to being home. Since they've met they've danced together, laughed together, shared life-changing moments. They have brought nothing but love and light to Eli's life.

Best Man
Tom, the better half of the inseparable Brexican duo “TimTom” has put up with Tim as a house mate for 7 years and have been mates since they shared the same Design class in secondary school. At university, the two pioneered campus parkour, whist riding BMX to the pub. Having once played catch frisbee for 11 hours without stopping, they have dragged more people round a disc golf course than you could imagine. Living together and road tripping in Monterrey Mexico, they showed the locals how to dance, eat tacos, make concrete and party. Tom is the most patient man on earth.

Pao and Eli started at the same time at the Fair Food Standards Council in 2016. They were inseparable from the moment they met to the moment Eli left Florida. She is the rock that kept Eli afloat.
