Take the cable car for panoramic views of the lake and Alps. Hiking trails and a mountain restaurant make it ideal for a half-day trip.
Tegernsee has lovely lakeside saunas and wellness spas. Some popular ones are monte mare Seesauna and Bachmair Weißach. You can follow your sauna visit with a dip in the lake at any of the beaches.
