Chuckanut Drive/Farm To Market Bakery
If you have an extra hour or two, the drive along Chuckanut is beautiful! At the southern end, be sure to stop at Farm to Market bakery in Bow for our favorite lime polenta cake.
Boulevard Park
Boulevard park is our go-to Bellingham stroll. Enjoy beautiful views and a cup of coffee as you walk along the waterfront on wide paths and the iconic boardwalk.
Historic Fairhaven
Wander around the neighborhood Dory grew up in! Fairhaven is chock-full of things to do and places to eat. Be sure to check out Village Books to find your vacation read, Drizzle to taste some artisan vinegars, On Rice for the best Thai in town, and Harris Ave Cafe for breakfast or coffee!
Whatcom Museum
The local museum has permanent and rotating art exhibits in both Bellingham's old City Hall building as well as the beautiful Lightcatcher building. Check their website for upcoming exhibits!
Breweries
Bellingham has over a dozen breweries; there is no shortage of craft beer in this town! One of our favorites is Boundary Bay, but also check out Aslan or Stone's Throw.
Mallard Ice Cream
Cool off with a cone from a Bellingham classic! With 28 creative flavors including everything from Super Chocolate to Olive Oil, there is something for everyone here (including several non-dairy options) !
