We’re Getting Married!

The wedding will be at Holenbeck Park, 33 Mt Adams Rd, Trout Lake, Washigton. Come celebrate with us! There will be a ceremony followed by dinner, live music and dancing the night away! This is a beautiful outdoor location with the option to stay overnight if you bring a RV or tent. See travel info for other local accommodation suggestions.

As a modern love story Tim & Lauren met via a dating app. We knew very quickly that we had found exactly what we were looking for. We both highly value kindness and adventure so we quickly hit it off very well. Our first date was a classic trendy bar in Portland called Interurban. This is in area with live music, local shops and popular restaurants. If you are new to Portland consider checking it out. Interurban is a retro saloon with hardwood decor that used to be an old firestation. Our second date was spent picking out Lauren’s ski boots and enjoying the skyline views at Portland City Grill (highly recommend it while you are in town!) Our third day was skiing! It was a powder day at Mt Hood Meadows! After more ski dates, we soon became best friends and fell in love.

In a unique, beautiful, adventurous proposal Tim asked Lauren to marry him during a camping trip in British Columbia. He took her on her first dirt bike ride one summer evening to a beautiful remote lake spot where he knelt down on one knee in the grass and she said yes!
