Maid of Honor
Closest in age and furthest in height, Ellen and Kathryn are the youngest two Encisco daughters. Ellen was Kathryn's 5th parent as they were growing up, particularly during the summers where their parents and older sisters were away at work. Over the years, instead of coordinating outfits and founding pretend business in their parents’ basement, they have come to enjoy early morning trips to IHOP, bubble tea and playing duets together on the piano and cello. They are each other's #1 fan.
Best Man
Tim's wedding day would not be complete without his boyfriend, Josh. Tim decided for the both of them that Josh would become his best friend during their time together in the Panther Marching Band and later while marching together in the Cavaliers. It was a hard decision for Tim to decide whose eyes he would be staring into across the aisle.
Bridesmaid
Quick with a quip, Sara is the second born of the Encisco girls and served as parent number 4 for her baby sister. Nowadays, each visit between these two will without a doubt include board games, szechuan, Activate, their mother with tears streaming down her… face, and end with a glass of your finest Japanese whiskey.
Groomsman
Tim and Avery became close friends after moving in together as borderline strangers in to a house on Moreland Drive, sandwiched between Atlanta's oldest Strip Club (the Foxy Lady) and the United States Penitentiary Atlanta. Neither Avery nor Tim have consumed an Irish car bomb since they celebrated Tim's 21st birthday, but that will soon change
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth, the eldest and wisest of the Encisco girls, was parent number 3 for Kathryn when they were growing up, and "changed many of her baby sister's diapers," (although Kathryn could do without the constant reminding of the fact). Their sister weekends have changed from weekend trips in Napa Valley to hot pot and ice cream dates with Elizabeth’s two sons. Who’s cuter!
Groomsman
Hunter and Tim met in the Cavaliers Drum Corp, where they marched together for five years. They grew accustomed to being in very close quarters, after being bus seat partners for three years. Hunter is undoubtedly the best marcher of the group and won Cavalier of the Year in their final season. These two shared a love of sports so always found time to throw a baseball back and forth during their miniscule amount of free time.
Bridesman
Perry and Kathryn go wayyyyy back to the early 21st century (2012) at Kennesaw State University. After taking many of the same classes and discovering their shared love of bubble tea, coconut, and black licorice, they became the best of friends. Time shared in KSU classes became fun outings, road trips, joining of family functions, and many, many inside jokes.
Groomswoman
Becca is the brains of the friend group - while Tim and his friends were working towards useless music degrees at Georgia State, Becca was earning a real degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech. She also marched two years on ContraTuba for the Troopers and was the dungeon master for the group's weekly DnD campaigns.
Bridesmaid
Though their relationship started with Chloe bullying Kathryn by constant reminders of Chloe's height and eyebrow game compared to Kathryn's, they have since become great friends who enjoy late night talks with a bottle or two of wine, I mean glasses.
Groomsman
Max was the orchestrator of the greatest free day in Cavaliers history - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where the boys spent the day drinking home brewed mead while lounging in the hot tub at the Jahnke residence. Max's family are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet - Max still teaches at his high school's marching band and his family continues to volunteer with the Cavaliers to this day.
Bridesmaid
The eldest of the Varenhorst offspring, Ivy has been welcoming of Kathryn and her odd diet since the first time they met, where Tim's sisters both sautéed tofu for Kathryn when she came over to meet the family. Ivy and Kathryn have since enjoyed many conversations about pets, their love of their cats, and how much of a brother Tim can be sometimes.
Groomsman
Tim and Chris grew up across the street from each other in Suwanee, GA where they would constantly shoot hoops and walk the Varenhorst family dog, Molly. Chris is a lifelong Varenhorst family friend, a stranger to no one, and the ladies' man of the group
