Highly recommend for first time visitors to San Antonio. It's definitely worth at least stopping by to take a picture but there are great tours available as well.

The Riverwalk is a top tourist destination for the city and is full of great restaurants & bars. Narrated river barge cruises are offered through Go Rio if you're interested in a tour of the city but a casual stroll along the river is just as nice.

The Historic Market Square is a three-block outdoor plaza lined with shops and restaurants in downtown San Antonio. It is the largest Mexican market in the United States and is a great place to find handmade artisan goods.

The Guenther House is a historic home on the river in the King William Historic District where Katy grew up. It has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining and is a great place for breakfast.

Mi Tierra is a Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown San Antonio with great food and margaritas and festive decorations! We highly recommend stopping at the bakery to grab some pumpkin empanadas and pan dulce.
