How can I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP online at the RSVP page of our website. To keep things simple, we have opted to keep everything online.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2022.

What if my name isn't working on the RSVP page?

Answer

Please enter your name as written on your invitation envelope. If that does not work, you can try entering the name of someone else in your party or contact Tim at 832-217-4877.

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at the Jack Guenther Pavilion in San Antonio. The cocktail hour and reception will begin immediately after the ceremony. Please see the Schedule page for the address and times.

Where can I park?

Answer

If you are staying at the Hotel Contessa or Westin, you can park at the hotel and walk to the venue. If you are not staying downtown, there is a paid parking garage across the street from the venue on West Market St. See the Travel page for more information.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside in the courtyard. The reception will be indoors. In case of rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire (suits and dresses - either long or short dresses are fine)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP gives you the option to add a guest, then you may bring a plus one. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes, you may bring your children. Please specify if they are coming when you RSVP and let us know if any children under 12 would prefer a kid's meal (e.g chicken tenders and mac and cheese).

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

If you or a member of your party have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know on the RSVP page.

Is there a hotel with a room block for the wedding?

Answer

There are room blocks at both the Hotel Contessa and Westin. Both are a short walk from the venue. You can find more information and links to reserve a room on the Travel & Accommodations page. The bride, groom, and immediate family will be staying at the Hotel Contessa, which is next door to the venue.

Where can I find your wedding registry?

Answer

Please see the Registry section of the website for links to our registries. We are registered at Amazon, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel. There are also some cash funds that you may contribute to on the Registry page.
