Matron of Honor
Emily is Tim's sister. From the moment I met her, I was in awe of her--she's a fabulous mother of 3, incredible wife, athlete, Weight Watchers ambassador (she has over 20k followers--LOOK HER UP!) and teacher! She is the sister I have always dreamed of having and I feel SO fortunate that she lives 90 miles south in Longview, WA--where she and Tim grew up.
Bridesmaid
Madeleine Jean... Madeleine is a lifelong friend--literally, we met 28 years ago when our parents decided maternity leave was enough and to Miss Susie's we went. We are told that we were inseparable there. We attended the same Elementary School, High School and College--we were even roommates in college! We also worked at Publix together! Madeleine was the PICKIEST eater and would NOT spend the night at my house...ever. Our first sleepover was when we were roommates in college. I snuck out ONCE in high school and said I was with Madeleine, however I didn't fill her in on this--therefore, I was caught.
Bridesmaid
My "big" sister. Stephanie was my summer camp counselor at Camp Crystal Lake. I idolized her as a camper! She was hilarious, kind and had the best smile. We kept in touch and after moving to Tallahassee in 2009, she took me under her wings and helped me adjust to college life. She loves life, the Noles (even though she grew up in Gainesville) and helping others. She led me to numerous opportunities in Tallahassee and I am forever grateful for our friendship. She can dance like no other, so watch out!
Bridesmaid
Morgan and I met during my first year of teaching in Gainesville. We were both on the 3rd grade team. Morgan was my role model--she was organized, knowledgeable and patient. She met all of her students' diverse needs (and trust me, THEY WERE DIVERSE) and I was honored to work with her for 2 years. We would go out to breakfast every Friday morning before school. I miss those days! She has the most precious son, Sawyer, an incredible husband, Carsen and a baby girl on the way! Together, they are the funniest couple and because of these two, I ask Tim, "MCD?" before we go anywhere!
Bridesmaid
Corina and I met running! We were pushing a young adult in a wheelchair for 13.1 miles...so I guess we were bound to talk. However, I never imagined gaining a best friend from it. Corina is so genuine, hardworking and she loves a challenge. Corina and I have since run a marathon together and will be running another in January! She is a nurse and dog mom. She is also recently engaged to a phenomenal guy. She has the biggest heart and I can't wait to continue our friendship, our mileage together and our sushi dates.
Bridesmaid
Jamie was my first friend in Washington! We share a lot in common--we are both teachers, love sports, love fitness, love to travel and both fell in love with Irish men--she's my apostrophe twin! Jamie is extremely loyal and has a huge heart. Although we don't live super close to one another, we find time to meet up, grab coffee and catch up and I love this time we get to spend together!
Best Man
I first met Dusty at WSU upon pledging our fraternity, Delta Sigma Phi. He quickly became one of my closest friends in Pullman after countless hours at the Rec, playing tips in the backyard, cleaning the kitchen and other undisclosed fraternity activities. He is the only person I know that can build or fix anything and is more than willing to do so if simply asked. Ask him about Tree Top & Sweet Talk.
Groomsman
Josh and I have known each other for over 12 years, ever since he came to our home as my big sister's boyfriend. My guard was up as any protective brother's would be, but he quickly became a big brother to me and has been ever since. He is a true inspiration to me by the way he is a Husband to my Sister and Father to my Nieces. It took me some time to swallow the fact he is now an RA Long Lumberjack, but he's OK in my book.
Groomsman
I also met Kyle at WSU upon pledging D Sigs in 2013. Mind you, he had hair down to his shoulders at that time. Kyle is loyal to no end and will lay it all down for his friends and family day in and day out. He is one of the most charismatic people I know, and can liven up any room. It took some time to ease him off his hard Spokane personality, but he eventually came around. Ask him about "Hang Loose".
Groomsman
Ben and I first met in 2013, fresh out of college, starting the next chapter in our lives...a career with the Tacoma Rainiers. Neither of us had any idea what we were doing in sales, but knew we were both competitive as hell and couldn't stand losing to the other. Without this drive, neither of us would be where we are today. While memories are abundant, the best were in those first 6 months of our job where we spent many nights grilling hotdogs, finishing a whole bag of Sun Chips, and trading stories of our childhoods on a porch made for 1 small person. Ben has become one of my best friends as we navigate through life in Minor League Baseball.
Groomsman
Like Ben, Nick and I also met at the Rainiers in 2013 as we both began our careers. Nick was in Operations, while I was in Sales. It's easy to become close with someone that you spend countless hours with at Cheney Stadium, but Nick and I shared many similarities, hobbies and values. Nick is a guy you can trust with anything and is a hell of a friend or 'homie' as we call it. His work ethic and leadership is beyond admirable and I'm grateful the Rainiers brought us together. Nick is also an Olympic skier, which I think is the coolest thing. He won't brag, but I will for him. Gnarly shredder on the pow pow.
Groomsman
Daniel is my baby cousin and one of my best friends. Being the same age, we were fortunate enough to grow up together. While we went to different elementary schools and middle schools, we were able to stay connected through sports and family functions. We were finally at Mark Morris High School together where we became the closest. We both committed to WSU and helped each other navigate college life. I always knew Daniel would stand by me at my wedding one day and am grateful we are still best buds, even though a thousand miles away.
Flower Girl
Ellie, Audrey and Violet are the daughter's of Josh and Emily. Ellie is a 7, Audrey is 5 and Violet will be 2 at the wedding! They each have their own personalities and are SO fun to be around. Tim and I met Violet hours after she was born and it was such a special moment for me. Watching these girls grow up has been incredible and I am so happy they will be apart of our special day.
