You have to check out Seattle's most iconic attraction! Go hungry as there are a ton of food vendors and restaurants. Check out Elleno's, The Pink Door, and Matt's in the Market.
Another Seattle classic! Walk around Seattle Center and check out Chihuly Garden while you're there.
Take the ferry over to Bainbridge Island for a day of wine tasting. You can walk onto the ferry and walk right into the town where there are multiple tasting rooms and restaurants. You can also drive on to venture out to more wineries and even do some hikes. Check out Eleven Winery where Tim and I are members!
This park sits just north of downtown and has beautiful views of the downtown skyline and Lake Union. Short walk from the Fremont neighborhood and perfect for a picnic
This is our closest thing to a beach! It's perfect for bonfires too. If it's nice out, expect it to be busy
Grab a coffee and some brunch at Retreat and walk the lake (about a 3 mile loop)! This is our current neighborhood :)
Fun fact: this was our runner up for our wedding venue! We love this winery and we love the wine. Make a daytrip out of it by visiting other wineries in the area (Chateau Ste. Michelle is right next door!)
This is my favorite farmers market in the city - check it out! Only on Sundays
Kayak or paddleboard on Lake Union or just brunch at this gem in the city
Fun beer garden located in the Fremont neighborhood. Can walk to Gasworks or the Troll from here! Also very close to the Fremont neighborhood and Fremont Sunday Market, which is one of my favorite in the city!
Located on the north end of Capitol Hill (where Tim and I used to live!) - grab food at one of the restaurants on 15th and walk up to the park afterwards. You'll get to walk passed some beautiful houses on the way
Located in the heart of the Amazon campus, this is a pretty cool indoor terrarium. You'll need an appointment to visit
This part of Ballard is known for breweries and this one does not disappoint! Plus, you can brewery hop or hit up Ballard Ave, where there are a ton of restaurants and shops
Situated in the Queen Anne neighborhood and has iconic views of downtown Seattle
The best part of this park is the walk along the water with views of Elliot Bay
Worth checking out this beautiful campus! You can also go to University Village after for some shopping and food
Beautiful park with a lot of trails and lush greenery, trees, and flowers
If you're a nerd like me and like airplanes, definitely check this out!
A beautiful hike not far outside the city - you will need a car but it's 4 miles round trip and the views from the top are so worth it. They call it "easy", but I assure you it is not that easy. You can also walk around the lake at the bottom
One of our absolute favorite restaurants in the city! We went here for dinner the night we got engaged and typically go for birthdays and special occasions
If you are fancy and want to spend $$$$ on dinner, this is the spot for you. The views are beautiful and the food is top notch
Assuming things are back to normal, try to catch a Seahawks, Mariners, or Sounders game while you're here!
