When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please utilize the included RSVP and stamped envelope within the invitation set. Please kindly respond by AUGUST 16th.

Can I drive to the venue myself?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue for personal cars. However, it is highly recommended that guests take the shuttle to the venue. The road to the venue is up a mountain, very windy and can be difficult to manage at night. Please do not drink and drive!

Will there be transportation available from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn to the wedding venue. Please utilize the shuttle options or other ride sharing applications.

What time does the shuttle leave the hotel?

Answer

The shuttle from Hilton Garden Inn leaves at 3:30PM (it will be ready at 3:15PM) to bring guests to the venue.

What time does the shuttle leave the venue?

Answer

The first shuttle leaves from the venue at 9:15PM to return to the Hilton. The last shuttle will leave the venue around 9:45PM returning to the Hilton.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30PM. We ask that guests plan accordingly to either take the provided shuttles to the venue or drive.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we would love to everyone at our wedding, due to space we can only accommodate adults over the age of 21.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is an outdoor event with grass, gravel, and pavers. The dress code if cocktail attire which includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, ties, and slacks. Please plan footwear accordingly!
