We’re getting married!

Can you believe that when Tim and Ashley first met, she did not like beer very much? If you take a close look at their engagement photos, you can tell that has clearly changed Tim and Ashley knew they would hit it off after swiping right on each other and initially only communicating in GIFs. Soon thereafter, they decided to have their first date at the brewery Tim was working at in NH back in 2016. They haven't been apart since. When their schedules aligned (which mostly was on Tuesdays!), they would spend their first weeks of dating drinking as many new beers as possible. Ashley (and Tim) is proud to say now her taste in beer has greatly expanded! After almost a year dating, Tim and Ashley moved in together in her parents' in-law apartment. This was where Tim was introduced to Ashley's Mom's cooking and he found a new love for Italian food. Fast forward a few years, Ashley applied and decided to attend Nurse Practitioner at Yale University. Together, they decided to moved down to a cozy apartment in New Haven so that Ashley could pursue her career aspirations and passion. At the same time, Tim started at New England Brewing Company, providing family and friends with an endless supply of great beers! Before Ashley began her final year at Yale, Tim started planning a surprise engagement. On June 5, 2021, Tim surprised Ashley on the beach in New Haven. Tim presented the day as a PR photo campaign for the brewery, so Ashley was quite unsuspecting. Then, as the photoshoot wrapped, their friends encouraged them to pose for some photographs with the beers in hand. And right then, Tim popped the big question! Tim then brought Ashley back to the brewery where she was surprised with an engagement party filled with family and friends... and of course great beer and Sally's pizza. It was an unforgettable weekend of celebration. Since then, Ashley has graduated from Yale, became a family nurse practitioner, and has started at a private practice internal medicine group in CT. Tim is still crushing it every day at New England Brewing company. They welcomed Mr. Bear, a lab-mix rescue puppy from TN, late August 2022. They can't wait to celebrate with everyone next September!
