IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal attire. We recommend a suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans please! Black tie is optional.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than August 1st, 2024 so we can ensure we have a seat and meal for you!

Answer

Our Registry is linked here, on our website! We are also registered at Amazon & Target. We would be so thankful for anything you are willing to contribute to our future life together.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend guests arrive at 4:30 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the coffee & hors d'oeuvres hour, and reception, so hang tight and we will see you soon! Thank you for understanding!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. The ceremony, coffee hour and reception are all located in the same place, at our venue!

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either Emily or Tim has had the chance to do so first.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams. And our bridesmaids will be wearing a deep green (the background color of our website) if you'd like to avoid wearing that color as well.

ARE PLUS ONES AND CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite everyone to our wedding, we are on a strict guest list to comply with our venue’s regulations. Your invite will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking at our venue.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Answer

Yes! The venue has 2 golf carts for transporting guests from the parking area to the ceremony site. So someone will come by to pick you up if needed. The coffee hour and reception are also wheelchair accessible.

If I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you RSVP there will be a few short questions for you to answer, including information about food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let us know so we can best find a substitute for you.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

No, but we will have a coffee truck & hors d'oeuvres following the ceremony so you won't go hungry before dinner!
