While we encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible, we understand schedules sometimes do not allow. Per venue requirements all guests must RSVP by Thursday, March 4, 2027. Guests who have not RSVP’d by this date will not be permitted into the event and will not be accounted for in dinner services.
No, there is no available parking for either the ceremony or reception. Guests are kindly asked to be waiting at the Hotel Heron in Alexandria, VA no later than 2:45 pm where transportation will be provided for all guests. For guests not utilizing the hotel block, the address to the hotel is 699 Prince St, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314.
Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate a plus one for every guest. If your invite includes a plus one it will be noted on your invitation.
While we love spending time with each of your kiddos, this event will be adults only. Please take the weekend to let loose, have fun, and take a well-deserved break from the kids.
Our dress code is black tie optional. For ladies, floor-length or midi dresses, as well as elegant skirts, are perfect choices. For men, suits or tuxedos are requested. Given the season, floral prints, pastels, and classic spring colors are encouraged, though not required. Above all, we hope you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate with us. Please note that jeans, sneakers, and other casual attire will not be permitted.
Yes! From the moment you arrive for cocktail hour until the night ends full bar services including wine, beer, and cocktails will be available. We cannot wait to celebrate with each and every one of you.
For our guests with food allergies, please make note of that while filling out your RSVP. Our venue will do their best to accommodate all allergies and restrictions and staff will be notified in advance.
Yes, both the welcome party the evening before and the ceremony will take place outdoors. For the welcome party, guests are encouraged to dress with the weather in mind, as it will be held on the rooftop of the Hotel Heron. For travel details, please visit the Travel section of our website. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so please plan your attire accordingly. The remainder of the evening will be held either indoors or under a tent with a hardwood floor.
