What all should I have received in my invitation?
Answer
Your invitation should have the following: • A Formal Invitation • A Save the Date • A Respond Card (RSVP) • A Registry Card • A Details Card • A Bridal Shower Invitation (if there was a woman/women among the invited) If you think you are missing any of these, please let us know!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by the date mentioned in your invitation: September 16th, 2023. You can either do that here on the website or through text if you have our number.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a somewhat formal dress code for our evening. No jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or flip flops please! Women, please refrain from wearing black. We do strongly encourage white, cream, and beige! Here are some of the colors from the theme of the wedding that are very much encouraged: 1. Beige 2. Dark Forest Green 5. Cream/white Again, we request that you refrain from wearing ALL BLACK and view it as you would white at any other wedding. Thank you!

Can we bring our children?
Answer
We are only inviting children of select family members (those who are traveling long distances). Invitations will be specific and will include the children who are invited in the number of seats reserved if they are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “date night” for yourself!

Can I bring a date/+1?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations unless otherwise stated.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
You may arrive up to an hour before the ceremony begins but please no earlier than that as there may be some last minute setting up, getting ready and photos taking place. Also, we suggest no later than 15min before the ceremony start time to ensure everyone is signed in and seated by the start time.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding is outdoors with the reception under a tent with side walls. But even so, please dress accordingly as it will be fall!

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes! Alcohol will be provided to guests during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. Please keep in mind that we are purchasing the alcohol ourselves, so the amount will be estimated on the total of guests and how many glasses they will have. Once it runs out, that is it. But we are buying in bulk and hope to have it last till the end! Also, we do not condone DWI in any way! Please have a safe plan prepared beforehand to get home if you plan on drinking.

How long is the Cocktail Hour/Reception?
Answer
Cocktail hour will be about an hour following immediately after the ceremony. The reception will be approximately 4:30PM to 9PM.
