Barcelona's main airport (BCN) will be the easiest location to fly into, and they have direct flights from all over the world. Blanes is a 1 hour drive from the airport via taxi or about a 1.5 hour train ride.

Directions from Barcelona to Blanes
To take the train to Blanes we recommend you taxi or Uber to the Barcelona Sants train station. 1. Enter the station and look for the bright orange ticket machines with an R on them, and buy a ticket to Blanes. 2. Follow the bright orange "R" signs to the Rodalies de Catalunya platform section of the station. 3. Then follow signs to the R1 blue line train that goes directly to Blanes. 4. Walking out of the Blanes station you will see taxis to take you on a quick drive to where you will be staying. You can view the train schedules and additional information via the link below.

As quaint and fun as it is Blanes has few hotel options that can accommodate our guests, so we chose the beautiful, neighboring coast of Lloret de Mar as the main hub for hotel reservations. We carefully selected hotel options that are conveniently located to the shuttle pick up point for all of the events. Please double check the arrival and departure dates on the website. We have noticed some of the websites don't have the best user experience and can be glitchy with the date selection fields.
