The dress code is formal. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes for walking on stone paths.

There will be transportation to and from the 3 main events. (see travel section for additional details, pick up points, and distance from hotels) When in Spain do as Spaniards do - the wedding celebrations will last until 2:30am and the dinner won't be over until 11:30pm so we plan on having 2 rounds of shuttles returning to Port de Blanes for those that wish to leave earlier. The first shuttle will be around 12:30am - shortly after the dinner and the second shuttle will be at the conclusion of the event. If you are staying in Lloret de Mar there will be additional shuttles from the Port de Blanes that will take you back to Hotel Helios.

Due to space limitations, our wedding is by invitation only. If your invitation includes a plus one, they will be listed. We love your little ones, but kindly ask that our wedding remain an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a special night out with us.

Answer

Blanes in August is typically quite warm. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with a backup plan in case of rain. We suggest bringing a light layer for the evening breeze as it can get cooler on the water.
