When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Wedding invites will be sent 3 months prior to the wedding. Please RSVP by the date indicated in the invite

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. The ceremony will begin promptly at the start time and would love to have all the guests there to attend from the beginning

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoor (weather permitting). However, cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception will all take place at White Eagle Golf Club

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do have a hotel block at Homewood Suites by Hilton Aurora Naperville. Address is: 4320 Meridian Parkway Aurora, Illinois 60504 USA. Please review our "Travel" tab for hotel options

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be hotel shuttle and from the Hotel depending on how many people book. More information will be provided on the timing of the shuttle depending on how many guests stay there

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #LetsGetMariotti'd so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue(s)?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same area. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft or Uber is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs

Can I bring a date? Or additional people to my RSVP?

Answer

As much as we would love the additional guests, we are at capacity with the venue and cannot add additional headcount. The name on the envelope and RSVP list are the ones invited and we appreciate everyone’s understanding.
