Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The cocktail hour and ceremony will be held outdoors, the reception will be indoors. If it rains the cocktail hour and ceremony will be moved inside.

Where Do I Park?

Answer

There is ample parking on site. When you enter there will be an attendant to direct you. You will enter and park to the left, near the Retreat Barn; there will be a different wedding to the right at the Inn.

Where is the Cocktail Hour?

Answer

The cocktail hour is on the patio behind the Retreat Barn at Five Bridge Inn. This is outside, so bring a coat just in case!

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside the Retreat Barn at Five Bridge Inn at the woodland chapel across from the barn.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception will be held inside the Retreat Barn at Five Bridge Inn. The barn is temperature controlled, so whether October decides to be warm or cold, it will be comfortable.

Suggested arrival time is 5:00 p.m. Please refer to the schedule page for schedule of events.

Sorry, we love the little ones but this wedding is 18+.

Am I Allowed to Take Photos?

Answer

Please do not take photos during the ceremony, we would hate to interfere with the photographers that will be on site. Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the cocktail hour and reception though!

What is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP no later than August 1st.

What Happens if I Miss the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, if the RSVP deadline is missed, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected arrivals.

Am I Allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone but space is limited inside the barn so if there was no "and guest" on the invitation, or plus one option on the RSVP, then unfortunately we cannot accommodate.

Can I Bring my Dog?

No, sorry! Only the wedding party pups are allowed on site.

What is the Reception Seating Like?

Answer

For ease, the reception is assigned seating. Wes and Tiffany will be sitting at a sweetheart table on a balcony above the general reception area. The bridal party will not be separated from their dates!

No, sorry; we are having pie instead of cake! Every year Wes and I go apple picking at a local orchard and make an apple pie. It is one of our favorite traditions, so this choice felt right! Refer to the menu page for a list of desserts and toppings offered.
