We’re providing complimentary shuttles for guests staying at the room block hotels to and from Willowdale Estate on the wedding day. Marriott Peabody→ Willowdale Estate Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:30PM Please arrive in the lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. DoubleTree Hilton → Willowdale Estate Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM. Please arrive in the Atlantis Entrance 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Willowdale Estate → Hotels (Return Shuttles) Shuttles will depart at 10:00 PM following the reception.
Doors will open at 4:00 pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to give you time to find your seat and settle in.
The ceremony will be held outside in the courtyard. The cocktail hour will be held inside the mansion and the reception held inside the covered, heated tent.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
