Transportation for those staying at the Marriott Peabody will depart from the hotel at 3:30PM for the ceremony and reception at Willowdale Estate. Please plan to arrive at the Main Entrance 10 minutes before your shuttle time. Transportation for those staying at the DoubleTree Hilton will depart from the hotel at 3:45 PM and 4:00PM for the ceremony and reception at Willowdale Estate. Please plan to arrive at the Atlantis Entrance 10 minutes before your shuttle time. Return shuttles will leave Willowdale Estate at 10:00 PM (final departure) to the hotels.

Transportation to be provided for guests staying at one of the hotels in the room blocks. Doors will open at 4:00 pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to give you time to find your seat and settle in :)
