Try to arrive at 3:30 pm, so you have ample time to find parking, walk around the venue, use the restroom, freshen up, and find a seat at our outdoor ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
Yes! Kids are welcome.
We have a block of rooms set up at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waikiki Beach, but we also recommend staying at the Ala Moana, Ilikai, or even at an Airbnb or Vrbo. Costco Travel also has some really good deals if you're looking to book a hotel and rental car together. There are plenty of options on the island!
Of course, but also be aware that the venue provides dinner buffet-style, so you’ll be free to pick and choose. We will have information on ingredients and food allergies at the venue.
Yes, there is a huge parking lot in front of the building, and parking shouldn’t be an issue. It’s also free!
Yes! We've booked a 60-seater shuttle to take our guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to Ko'olau Ballrooms. We think this is the safest option, especially if you choose to (responsibly) drink, however space on the shuttle is first-come first-serve with no reserved seats. If you choose to stay at a different hotel but would like to use the shuttle, we recommend making your way to Hilton Garden Inn before 2:45pm, where the shuttle will be located and ready to pick up guests. Pick-up time will be around 2:45-3:00 PM.
According to travel website Investopedia.com, “Flights are generally the most inexpensive between four months and three weeks before your departure date”. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best rate. We also recommend downloading the Hopper app to find the best time and get predictions on when prices might drop to purchase airfare.
We recommend 3-5 days, depending on your schedule. Since our wedding is on a Friday, you could fly in the day before, and stay for the weekend!
Check out or “Things to Do” page where you’ll find some suggestions. You could also visit online sites like Gohawaii.com or TripAdvisor.com to find more information
You can contact the maid of honor Amber at 408-964-0957 and she will forward your questions to our wedding planner and she will get back to you ASAP
The venue is located on the windward side of the island, so weather can sometimes be unpredictable- ranging from warm and humid, to sometimes light/moderate rainfall. If in case of rainfall, the ceremony will be moved indoors
We'll miss you! But please just RSVP anyway and click/check-mark "Sending best wishes from far away" to let us know you won't be coming. You could also contact Amber (408) 964-0957, or mail-in your RSVP card
