Maid of Honor
“Tiff is my sis, so obviously we first met when I was fresh out the womb. She didn’t like me and there’s pics to prove it. Mom says she even hit me upside the head with a hairbrush and blamed it on her teddy bear. But that’s okay! I forgave her when she made me the maid of honor.” RIP to our sweet Pepper, who would be dog of honor if he were still with us.

“Tiff and I first met at Global Youth Ministry. However, we were both too shy to walk up to each other and say, “you wanna be friends?” Lol We were assigned the same room for about a month during camp prep, so we fit a whole 9 months of wasted friendship time into one month. (And of course, we talked a lot about Zach lol) During that one month and throughout that summer, we built such a strong lasting friendship that we have kept in touch for the last 3.5 years through a long distance friendship!”

“I met Tiff at our college’s freshman orientation. I didn’t know a single soul, so I decided to introduce myself! And now we’re friends! And we’re about to graduate! And she’s getting married! Also, RIP to the strugbug.”

“Tiffani & I met when we were elected to be the chaplin and activities director of Kappa Delta Chi. We were both commuter students, so naturally we gravitated towards each other. We were excited to be a part of planning the fun activities for our girls, buuuut that was short lived because they decided to get rid of the societies half way through the year… but our friendship did not die like Kappa Delta Chi. It continued on and will continue to grow even after she becomes a “Mrs.”!”

“I met Tiffani in 2014 when we both took the plunge into becoming Global students. I truly don’t think I would have survived that year without Tiffani by my side. She was always there to listen, laugh, and learn with me. She stood by my side during some of the hardest and most important moments in my life; and now I am blessed to be able to stand by her side as she says “I do” to her other half. As a side note. Zach was also there during several of those defining moments. I will never forget the time Zach drove over 6 hours round trip to rescue Tiffani and I from the middle of nowhere after my car broke down. I knew then that things would work out between Tiffani and Zach. They are great together and I am honored to be a small part of their big day.”

“Some of my favorite times that Zach and I have had together were when we lived across the hall from each other in the dorms. I may have spent as much time in his room as I did in my own. One of my favorite things about Zach living so close was how often we went to Tijuana Flats. While we were there we talked about anything that came to mind and really got to know each other. Those conversations were some of the best that I have had and I’m thankful that Zach was always willing to go.”

”Zach and I had an interesting start to our relationship. We knew each other for about a year, and then one summer I casually invited him to hangout with some guys and he tagged along. Ever since then we've been the best of friends. We work together and now we get to be a part of each other’s wedding parties. He was a fantastic groomsman for me last summer and I hope that I can be as awesome to him and he has been to me.”

”When I first met Zach he was serving as an RA at Trinity Baptist College and I had just come on staff through the revolving door of Dean of Men. I soon came to know him as the hard working, self-sufficient emerging leader he has proven himself to be. I didn’t BOND with Zach until we changed the brakes on his friend’s sister’s car in the TBC parking lot. I volunteered to do it and and he volunteered to help. It actually ended up the other way around. Funny thing was, it was spur of the moment and he didn’t have time to tell Tiffani. Well, you know the saying, “A good deed never goes unpunished...?” I can’t be certain, but things might have been said. Thus is the first time I got Zach in trouble. I probably should’ve offered to pay for the flowers he most certainly had to buy.”

“Zach and I go don’t go way back, but the friendship that I have with him is very real. I always think back fondly on how many dozen Christmas cookies we have inhaled together, and the many BBQ’s we have enjoyed at grandpa Unthank’s house.”
