Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will host optional welcome drinks at Vanish Brewery in Leesburg, VA on Friday evening, May 12th. Please check our Schedule of Events page for additional info and RSVP so we can get a rough headcount.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP for both the welcome drinks and wedding by March 15th.

When should we look to book accommodations?

Answer

To book as part of our hotel block, we recommend booking ASAP to guarantee rate and availability. Limited rooms are available for Friday and / or Saturday evening with free cancellation until May 10th. Check out our Travel and Accommodations page for additional info.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 - 3:45PM as our ceremony will start at 4PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking is available onsite at the Barn at Willow Brook.

What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal, so tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Bring your dancing shoes - we look forward to dancing the night away with you all!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

For those staying at the Comfort Suites Leesburg, a free shuttle will be available to a limited number of guests. Please contact Tiffany and Michael if you would like to request a seat on the shuttle.
