Need To Know

Though we would love to share this day with everyone, due to the size of both families & the venue only accommodating up to 70 guest. This is an Adult-Only Ceremony & Reception. Also, we certainly understand everyone would love to be apart of our special day, but due to both of our families having other weddings in close range of the date of ours, we know & understand it may not be conducive financially to travel back to back, especially amidst Covid-19; That being said if this applies, please respectfully decline ASAP, so we may invite others that we could not due to Venue Capacity. Our hearts hope this doesn't apply to any of you & that we can share this moment with all of you, but we are wholeheartedly empathetic if it does. Love Always, T & J
Question

Are We Allowed To Bring A Plus One?

Answer

If you are married or in a long-term relationship, we've most likely already accounted for you & your plus one. Please still remember to add them to your RSVP. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that you do not bring anyone else. If you would like to be sure that your plus one was accounted for prior to adding, we strongly encourage & welcome asking before adding.

Question

What is the average travel time to the venue 'without' traffic?

Answer

Travel Duration: Approximately 1 to 1.5 Hour WITHOUT traffic. There WILL be traffic the day of the ceremony-we can almost guarantee it, please be mindful of this.

Question

What Attire Is Allowed For The Ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail Attire ONLY-- Cocktail Attire is a balance between formal & elegant. An event where this dress code is enforced, men typically wear suit & tie or tuxedos, while women where cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits or pant suits. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not wear white, ivory, or shades of fuchsia-magenta-or dark pink as the wedding party will be in these colors. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

Will Dinner Be Provided During Reception?

Answer

Yes, absolutely!

Question

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! Please be mindful of the distance from the venue & back home-- & drink RESPONSIBLY. If you intend on fully basking in the spirits (LOL)-- We recommend taking the day off following the wedding, as we are planning for a really good time & late evening end time. The choice of course is entirely & completely yours. Tips are welcomed.

Question

How Is Parking At The Venue?

Answer

The parking lot can comfortably accommodate 35 vehicles, so we do ask if at all possible please carpool. If not there is additional parking at the neighboring Limelight Inn owned by the wedding venue, where the wedding party & possibly guest will be staying.

Question

Are children under the age of 18 allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately no, due to venue capacity. If they are not apart of the wedding party, children under the age of 18- are NOT allowed.

Question

Have Hotel Blocks Been Confirmed?

Answer

We spoke to both Holiday Inn & Limelight Inn-- They are booking FAST due to October being Peak Season for weddings. If you are certain you want to book a hotel to avoid traffic (Which again, we are HIGHLY advising) please let us know ASAP, so we can move forward in the process as soon as this week.

Question

Why A Wedding On A Thursday?

Answer

We decided last year that we wanted our wedding either on our anniversary or in close range of it; That being said the venue that we wanted (& are having the wedding at) was already book for all Fridays-Sundays well into 2022 & so on. So the next best option was a Thursday.

Question

Will Mask Be Provided?

Answer

Yes, both mask & hand sanitizer will be available.
