Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott at the Carriage Crossing shopping center in Collierville. It is about a 20-minute drive from the venue, and it is right on an outdoor mall with TONS of shopping. If you want to come early - or stay late through the holiday weekend - you'll have plenty to do and access right out your front door. (:
Flight
If you're flying to us, you will be flying into the Memphis International Airport. It is about a 20-minute drive from the airport to the hotel that we have booked a block with. There are rental cars at the airport as well as Lyft and Uber pickup zones. If you are not staying within our block, there are several shuttles that run from the airport to various hotels in the area. These shuttles and hotel locations are available on the MIA website.
Rental Car
Memphis International offers rental car services with Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, and Thrifty. If you're feeling ~luxurious~ you can even rent a limousine. Ya know, for those who prefer to travel in style. Needless to say, there are tons of options that you can take advantage of if you prefer to drive yourself.
Travel Note
If you're more of the "I-want-to-party-and-have-someone-drive-me" type, take an Uber or a Lyft for your transportation! You can download these rideshare apps on your phone and call to your location from anywhere. Alternatively, you can visit each of these websites and request a ride directly from your browser.
