Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests can arrive starting at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:20pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a parking lot on the venue's property where guests will park. The lot can fit about 60-65 cars, if you're able to carpool with family or friends, please do! The reception will end at 10:00pm and the gate to the lot will be locked at 11:00pm, so please plan to leave no later than 10:45pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us and we promise to share the photos. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like :)

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a signature cocktail, wine & beer and plenty of non-alcoholic options as well. PLEASE NOTE: Our venue requires our bartenders to check ID's, so please be sure to bring a photo ID with you if you'd like to drink alcohol!

Can I smoke at the venue?
Answer
There is no smoking allowed on the property, however guests can smoke outside the gate of the parking lot on Sulphur Mountain Road.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be outside. There will be an air conditioned indoor space with chairs for guests to cool down when needed! Please make sure to dress appropriately for warm weather and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the text you receive with your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Can I bring my pet to venue?
Answer
As much as we'd love to celebrate with your beloved pet, the venue does not allow animals on the property.
