Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is summer cocktail attire. Please make sure to dress appropriately for warm weather as summers in Ojai tend to be hot. Ladies, think a chunkier heel as the venue is mostly grass ;)

What time should I arrive? - Guests can arrive starting at 4:00pm. - Please arrive no later than 4:20pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Where should I park? - There is a parking lot on the venue's property where guests will park. - The lot can fit about 60-65 cars, if you're able to carpool with family or friends, please do! - The reception will end at 10:00pm and the gate to the lot will be locked at 11:00pm, so please plan to leave no later than 10:45pm. Will there be an open bar? - Yes! There will be a signature cocktail, wine & beer and plenty of non-alcoholic options as well. - PLEASE NOTE: Our venue requires our bartenders to check ID's, so please be sure to bring a photo ID with you if you'd like to drink alcohol! Can I smoke at the venue? - There is no smoking allowed on the property, however guests can smoke outside the gate of the parking lot on Sulphur Mountain Road.
