We designed our save the dates to replicate the old school design of the muni tickets here in San Francisco. To get more context on why, read our different view points on the night we met!
The wedding industry is traditionally very gendered and we want our wedding to be more inclusive and representative of our love and respect for each other, our friends, and our families. We’d like to try to shake up what weddings have traditionally looked like and foster an environment that allows everyone to just be themselves. For example, we don’t have a bridal party, with bridesmaids and groomsmen, just our best people standing by our sides!
Garden Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, sundresses, floral prints, any colors, lighter or darker suits, fun hats and fascinators! When selecting shoes, keep in mind there is a lot of grass at this venue. Get dressed up and have fun with your outfits!
We are both blessed with large families and many friends we would love to share our day with! Due to this, we will be offering plus ones only to select individuals. Please do not bring a guest if it was not specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
We ask that you please do not use cameras, phones, or iPads during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy the ceremony with us! We have hired an amazing photographer who will be sure to capture all of the special moments. We'd rather see your faces than your cell phones in these images! The reception is the real party and of course you're welcome to take photos then as long as you don't disrupt the photographer.
We love our dog Luna and certainly will have her at the wedding for our wedding photos. However we will not be able to tend to her throughout the wedding and she will not be in attendance at the wedding itself. We will be sure to share our photos after we've received them from the photographer.
Idaho is dry and rain usually tapers off in May. On average in this area the high should be between 75-85 degrees F and the low should be around 10 degrees cooler. Because of it's location the days are long this time of year, expect nearly 18hrs of daylight and almost 11 hours of sunlight. Once the sun sets, the air feels much cooler, so plan accordingly!
Both events will be held outside at Fourth Street Gardens. In the case of rain, we will have tents on standby.
Life happens! First be safe and don't rush! We just ask that you please try to be as quiet as possible when entering the grounds and try to select a seat in the back or the outer sides. If the ceremony is just beginning please wait to seat yourself until after the bride has finished her entrance.
Yes! There will be options, but please indicate your dietary needs when you RSVP.
No. We will have a bar service for those 21 and up, and with a valid ID. Please do NOT bring your own alcohol, even if it is concealed. It is illegal and the venue and the bride and groom can be held liable and be fined. If you are caught we will respectfully request you to leave the venue.
Yes, and while we be so happy to see you, we cannot guarantee a seat, dinner or drinks if we were not expecting you. We request you allow all other guests to help themselves to dinner first. Please RSVP as soon as possible to avoid this!
If your plans change, we understand! Please just contact us and let us know as soon as possible so we can update our counts for our vendors.
Please visit our Travel section for our suggested accommodations.
